Cancellation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHIRB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages:
CHIRB is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement under certain circumstances:
- You may terminate your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to CHIRB will cease immediately
